You can cut off this application's access to a QuickBooks company at any time, and you don't need us to do it.
Disconnect from QuickBooks
This is the authoritative method. It works whether or not we're involved, and it takes effect immediately.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
- Go to Settings, then Apps (on some plans, My Apps).
- Find Isotropic Books Agent in the list of connected apps.
- Choose Disconnect.
QuickBooks revokes the tokens at that point. The application loses access straight away and cannot regain it without a new consent from an admin.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted from your books. Disconnecting stops the application reading or writing; it doesn't remove or alter accounting records that already exist. Your customers, invoices, and bills stay exactly as they are.
The application doesn't keep a copy of QuickBooks data. It reads and writes directly against the API, so there's no separate store to purge. On disconnection we delete the stored access and refresh tokens.

Reconnecting later
Disconnecting is reversible. A QuickBooks admin can grant access again at any time. See connect or reconnect.
